					<description><![CDATA[The Plain-capped Starthroat Hummingbird (Heliomaster constantii) feeds largely on flying insects.

The 'fungus looking' plant, in the background, is an American Cancer-root (a parasitic plant).

In keeping with the insect theme, I also included some beautiful, delicate, Mexican Catchfly flowers.
